PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. This refers to the amount of time we need to print and package the order. While normally this the next working day, it allows for a little extra time during busy periods.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are shipped from Glasgow, Scotland. Please use these times as a general guide.
Domestic shipping: 1-3 business days
Orders to EU: 5-7 business days
Orders to US/Canada: 7-14 business days
Orders to Asia/Australia: 14-21 business days.
For piece of mind, we recommend that you opt for a tracked service when selecting your preferred shipping method. We have no way of tracking your order otherwise.
For UK 1st Class 'Signed For' please note that this service is not tracked and shipping information is only available when the order is signed for.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
